🌙 Pillows Golden Guarantee – 7 Days
Every Manam product comes with a 7-day Golden Guarantee from the date of delivery. (the golden guarantee covers one pillow only)

Each customer is entitled to one return per product only during the guarantee period.

If you purchase more than one pillow, only the pillows that remain sealed in their original packaging are eligible for return.

If all pillows have been opened, only one pillow can be returned.
👉 We recommend trying one pillow first before opening the rest.
The Golden Guarantee is designed to let you test our product safely while protecting product hygiene and quality.
🔄 General Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, undamaged.

Items must be in their original packaging with all tags/labels.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there’s a problem.

Manufacturing defects: A replacement will be sent within 7 business days. Manam covers all shipping costs.

Missing items: Missing parts will be shipped within 7 business days at no cost.

Wrong product received: We’ll arrange the return and send the correct item free of charge.

🔁 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item (if eligible). Once approved, you can place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks/credit card providers may take additional time to process.
