Return & Exchange Policy

🌙 Pillows Golden Guarantee – 7 Days

Every Manam product comes with a 7-day Golden Guarantee from the date of delivery. (the golden guarantee covers one pillow only)

  • Each customer is entitled to one return per product only during the guarantee period.

  • If you purchase more than one pillow, only the pillows that remain sealed in their original packaging are eligible for return.

  • If all pillows have been opened, only one pillow can be returned.

    👉 We recommend trying one pillow first before opening the rest.

The Golden Guarantee is designed to let you test our product safely while protecting product hygiene and quality.

 

 

🔄 General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, undamaged.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags/labels.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there’s a problem.

  • Manufacturing defects: A replacement will be sent within 7 business days. Manam covers all shipping costs.

  • Missing items: Missing parts will be shipped within 7 business days at no cost.

  • Wrong product received: We’ll arrange the return and send the correct item free of charge.


🚫 Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Silk Pillowcases

  •  Bedding

  • night lamps 

  • Sale items or gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item (if eligible). Once approved, you can place a new order.


💳 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks/credit card providers may take additional time to process.
