Customers may request to cancel their order at any time before the order has been shipped.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund according to the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, the customer may be eligible to return the product according to our Return & Refund Policy.
